We deliver daily from 8 AM to 10 PM in most urban areas. Delivery slots are available in 2-hour windows during checkout. Rural areas may have more limited availability. You can check specific delivery times by entering your zip code at checkout.
All organic products are clearly labeled with a green "Organic" badge. Local products have a "Locally Grown" tag with the farm's location. You can also filter products by these categories when shopping online.
We guarantee the quality of all our groceries. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll refund or replace the item at no cost to you - no questions asked.
You can modify your order up until we begin preparing it (typically 2 hours before your delivery window). To cancel or make changes, visit "My Orders" in your account or call our customer service. Same-day orders may have more limited modification options.
We use temperature-controlled bags and vehicles to maintain proper food temperatures. Perishables are packed with ice packs or in insulated compartments. Our delivery personnel are trained in food safety handling and follow strict hygiene protocols.
