You can cancel your order by emailing us at support@example.com with your order number.
Cancellation requests are processed within 24 hours during business days.
Cancellation fees depend on your order status:
- No fee if canceled within 1 hour of ordering
- 10% fee if canceled after processing begins
- Full payment required if work is already completed
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after cancellation approval.
The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
Digital downloads can only be canceled if:
- The file hasn't been downloaded yet
- There's a technical issue with the file
- The request is made within 30 minutes of purchase
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most unused and unopened items in their original condition.
Some products may have different return requirements, which will be noted on the product page or receipt.
To start a return:
1. Log in to your account and visit the Orders section
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return
3. Follow the instructions to generate a return label
4. Package your items securely and attach the label
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Digital downloads and software
- Perishable goods
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Photos of the damage may be required.
For returns due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.), we cover return shipping costs.
For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless you selected our premium return shipping option at checkout.
